While we are happy to assist you with this process, many of our jewelry products are custom-made and cannot be resized and must be completely rebuilt. So please, provide us your exact size. Pictures on our website may appear to be larger or smaller than actual size. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rush delivery is available. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 30 days accompanied by sales receipt and in salable condition. Refunds can only be made to the person making the purchase. Please call for return or exchange instructions and authorization.
